Trust the signal.
Trace the evidence.

Hotel Demand Map translates public market activity into possible hotel relevance. It does not manufacture room-night forecasts or present speculation as fact.

Every record must disclose its use.

The registry separates active opportunities from emerging indicators and recurring monitoring sources. Only records with current activity, usable location detail and credible evidence enter the ready-to-research queue.

01

Public evidence first

Company releases, government announcements, economic-development sources, official calendars, institutions and other attributable evidence.

02

Hotel relevance second

Activity is translated into possible project, crew, group, extended-stay, corporate, training, relocation or compression relevance.

03

Confidence is visible

Confidence reflects evidence quality and completeness. It does not represent the probability that rooms will materialize.

04

Lifecycle is continuously verified

Every signal has a 7–30 day review cadence and can move through discovery, development, active work, opening, ramp-up, completion or archive as the evidence changes.

05

Duplicates are controlled

Market, title and source evidence are used to prevent repeated reporting of the same underlying activity.

06

AI interprets—not invents

AI may summarize and explain hotel relevance. It may not invent projects, contacts, dates, values, organizations or room-night demand.

INTELLIGENCE CLASS

Opportunity is a status—not a synonym for data.

ACTIVE OPPORTUNITY

Named, current activity with usable timing, location and a credible public evidence trail. These records may enter seller research.

EMERGING INDICATOR

Real activity with hotel relevance, but timing, stage or evidence still needs verification before outreach.

MONITORING SOURCE

A recurring source stream or watch item. It supports discovery and coverage, but never counts as an active opportunity.

EVIDENCE GRADE

A, B and C make evidence fitness visible.

A · ACTIONABLE

Official, current and specific enough to support immediate research, subject to source review and hotel-fit validation.

B · VERIFY

Credible evidence exists, but a key field such as timing, location, organization or lifecycle stage needs confirmation.

C · MONITOR

Discovery evidence only. Keep under review; do not present it as a current opportunity or prospecting claim.

DEMAND STRENGTH

Credibility over sensationalism.

WATCH

Early activity with plausible hotel relevance but limited evidence or uncertain timing.

DEVELOPING

Meaningful activity with clearer organizations, timing or travel drivers.

STRONG

Substantial identifiable activity with strong evidence and clear potential lodging drivers.
