PRIVACYUseful intelligence.
Minimal data.
Hotel Demand Map is designed to work without advertising trackers, public user profiles or the sale of personal information.
01What stays on your device
My Market Watch, My Hotel settings, “reviewed” indicators and a randomly generated visitor-counter identifier use browser storage on the device you are using. Those preferences are not an account and do not automatically move between browsers or devices.
02Anonymous product measurement
We record limited events such as a page view or use of a named feature. These records contain the route, event type, feature label and time. The visitor counter stores only its random identifier and first-seen time so one browser is counted once. We do not intentionally store search text, hotel profile details, advertising identifiers or cross-site browsing history in this measurement system. Browser “Do Not Track” is respected by the client-side analytics tracker.
03Signal and correction submissions
If you submit a source, correction or update, we store the information you provide in the editorial review queue. Your name and email are optional and used only when an editor needs clarification. Public-source facts may be incorporated into the map; personal contact information is not published.
04Public source links
The map links to third-party websites that have their own privacy practices. Hotel Demand Map is not responsible for how those sites collect or use information after you leave this service.
05Questions or removal requests
Contact SalesHospitality if you need to ask about a submission or request removal of optional contact information. We may retain a minimal record of an editorial decision when needed to preserve source integrity and prevent repeated submissions.
